Golf Cart Waiver & Release

Assumption of Risk: I understand that golf cart use involves inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather, collisions, golf balls, wildlife, and operator error. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Safe Operation: I will operate the cart responsibly, obey all Club rules and staff instructions, remain in authorized areas, never exceed passenger capacity, and will not operate a cart while impaired.
Driver Certification: I certify that I possess a valid driver's license, am legally authorized and capable of operating a golf cart, and will not permit an unlicensed person to drive the cart.
Responsibility: I am responsible for the safe operation of the cart, my passengers, and any damage caused by my negligence, misuse, or violation of Club rules.
Release & Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless River Downs Golf Club, River Downs Inc., and their owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from my use of the golf cart, except those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims arising from my operation of the cart.
Rules Enforcement: Violation of Club rules or unsafe operation may result in removal from the property without refund, loss of cart privileges, and responsibility for resulting damages.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Agreement, certify that I possess a valid driver's license, agree to follow all River Downs Golf Club Golf Cart Rules, voluntarily assume the risks associated with golf cart use, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
